Da oggi dopo 365 giorni “circa” finalmente si ritorna a Mare dove dimorerò fino al 31 Luglio, in questo periodo anche il Blog riposerà con me, anche se oltre al mare si va sempre alla ricerca di tradizioni e Sapori in questo posto del Mediterraneo dove gli ingredienti sono l’eccellenza del Pianeta. Sono arrivati i 40 gradi e più tutto bolle attorno a noi e si cerca di trovare dovunque un pò di refrigerio.In questi momenti il nostro corpo rifiuta ogni tipo di Cibo ma non questo,una bella granita di Limone fatta col metodo preistorico e’ l’ideale per questo periodo.

Solo tre ingredienti acqua, zucchero e limoni il mix magico dell’estate.5 Limoni dovranno corrispondere a un bicchiere di plastica(bianco standar) di succo.
In una pentola mettere l’acqua e lo zucchero e portare a bollore verificando che lo Zucchero si sia sciolto e lasciare raffreddare.
Una volta raffreddato bene l’acqua versare il bicchiere di succo di limone e girare, mettere il composto in una bottiglia di plastica (quelle che comunemente contengono acqua) e lasciarlo ghiacciare nel freezer .
All’occorrenza prendere la bottiglia lasciarla 7-8 fuori e agitarla a questo punto la nostra granita e’ pronta.
